About This Service

Bright Start Montessori Pre-school is a private early years service offering a morning sessional service from 8.30 am until 11. 30 am and an afternoon sessional service from 11.45 am until 2.45 pm. Both sessional services facilitate the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Scheme. The service is registered for children aged from two years of age to six years old and currently children attend who are aged from two years eight months old to six years of age. The service operates Monday to Friday, 38 weeks of the year. Bright Start Montessori Pre-school operates from Southside Community Centre, which is a single storey building, located in a busy residential area of Sandfield in the urban town of Mallow in North Cork. The service is adjacent to Scoil Ghobnatan National School. It comprises two care rooms namely Tiger and Butterfly, three children’s toilets, one adult toilet and a kitchen area. The children have access to a secure, dedicated outdoor play area accessible from the rear of the building.
