About This Service

that is registered to provide full day care to children between 0 and 6 years. The service is currently catering for children over 1 year. The service is registered to cater for 40 children. The service provides school aged care in the Iar Scoile room formerly known as the arts and crafts room. The inspector was informed that 2 rooms will be allocated to the care of early years children namely the creche and the proposed room named Naiolann a Dó. There is office space, a kitchen, a sleep room and designated sanitary accommodation both for the children and for the adults. Premises The service operates 2 playrooms, the creche located from a purpose-built single-story premise and a 2nd playroom within the Aonad a hAon building located adjacent to the purpose-built single-storey premise. The proposed change of playroom which will be named Naiolann a Dó is located in the purpose-built single storey building. The children have access to two enclosed outdoor play areas located to the rear and the side of the registered building at alternate times to the children who attend another sessional service within the building.
