About This Service
service that caters for children from aged three to six years and attending the Early Childhood Care and Education Scheme (ECCE). The Naíonra is supported by Comhar Naíonrai na Gaeltachta. The current opening hours are from 8:50 to 11:50am and from 12:30 to 15:30 each day Monday to Friday. A school aged care service is also in operation in the building, in a room located beside the Naíonra room. The service is proposing to: • offer an additional part time service. • change the hours of operation- the sessional service will operate from 9am to 12pm and the part time service will operate from 9am to 2pm each day Monday to Friday. Premises The service operates from one room in a single storey building located in the local GAA grounds in the rural village of Ballyvourney, Co Cork. There is one playroom, adequate nappy changing and toilet facilities for the children. There is one adult toilet in the facility. There is a designated secure outdoor play area located within the GAA grounds.
