About This Service
Naíonra na nDéise is located on the outskirts of Waterford city in a residential area. The service is based in a classroom in Gael Scoil na nDéise and is managed by the board of management. The service is registered to operate from 9am to 12pm and 12.30pm 3.30pm, but currently only runs a morning session. It offers the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) scheme through an Irish-medium play-based curriculum. The service cares for children aged 2 to 6 years during the school term. The sanitary facilities and office are located adjacent to the care room, with direct access to the outdoor area. The service offers school-age care.
