About This Service

Nursery Lane Playgroup and Afterschool club is a privately owned and operated service offering full day, part time and sessional preschool care. The service is located in the rural townland of Tievebane, Burnfoot on the Inishowen peninsula in north Donegal. The service caters for children aged 0-6 years and operates from 7.45am to 6.00pm each weekday. The service is also registered to provide school age care. The service operates from a purpose adapted split level building on the grounds of the registered providers dwelling house. The premises contains four playrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. One of the rooms on the first floor is solely for use by school age children. The premises also contains a kitchen, sleep room, sanitary accommodation for staff and children. A separate building at the rear of the premises housed an office/staff room. There are four outdoor play areas on site each one secured by boundary fencing.
