About This Service
Oak childcare is a privately owned service operating since 2007. The service provides full day, part time, sessional and school aged care and education to a maximum of 54 children aged 0 to 12 years. The service is registered to operate from 7.45am to 5.30pm and participates in the Early Childhood Care and Education Programme (ECCE). The building is a residential converted property consisting of 3 care rooms in the main building, named Wobbler room & Toddler room which are both located within one large care room, divided by low level shelving units, Front Preschool and Back Preschool, and 1 care room in a separate building in the outdoor space named Garden Preschool. On the day of inspection, the Front Preschool was not in use, and the Garden Preschool had school age children present. The service also has a cot room, kitchen, sanitary facilities, staff room, office, storage, and laundry rooms.
