About This Service
Pied Piper is located in Rathvilly, in Co. Carlow. The service operates from a purpose build premises which is located within a residential area. it is open from 9.30am until 1pm daily. It caters for children aged 2 to 6 years. The service provides the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Scheme for 38 weeks of the year. There is one care room within the building with an adjoining outdoor area. The sanitary facilities for the children are adjoining the care room.
