About This Service

This service is operated from a scout hall situated on the outskirts of Waterford city. The service has the sole use of the premises and grounds while the service is in operation. The premises is a detached single storey building with one large preschool room. There is an entrance hallway, toilets, a kitchenette, storage and an extensively resourced outdoor area. A service is provided to children aged 2 to 6 years of age. The service is open from Monday to Friday between 9.15am and 12.45pm for 38 weeks per year. The service is registered to provide an Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) scheme to 18 children. The service is operated as an outdoor service but continues to have use of the scout hall as required.
